孟鲁司特与桂龙咳喘宁联合治疗支气管哮喘实验性研究

目的研究孟鲁司特与桂龙咳喘宁对支气管哮喘小鼠模型的影响。方法将50只实验小鼠随机分为正常组、哮喘模型组、孟鲁司特组、桂龙咳喘宁组及联合用药组,以卵白蛋白致敏法制作小鼠哮喘模型,以ELISA法测定各组小鼠血清IL-4、IL-10含量。结果哮喘模型组血清中IL-4的含量明显大于正常组(P<0.05),IL-10含量明显小于正常组(P<0.05),孟鲁司特组与联合用药组均较哮喘模型组IL-4、IL-10含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),桂龙咳喘宁组IL-4含量均较哮喘模型组有明显升高(P<0.05),IL-10含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特与桂龙咳喘宁均能显著抑制支气管哮喘小鼠模型血清IL-4含量,二者联用可对IL-4、IL-10含量有显著影响。

The Experimental Study of Bronchial Asthma Therapy by Using Montelukast Combined Guilongkechuanning

Objective To research the effect of montelukast and Guilongkechuanning apply on the mice analogue of bronchial asthma. Methods 50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups： the nomal group, the asthma-model group, the montelukast group, the Guilongkechuanning group and the symphysial drug-using group. The bronchial asthmatic model was established by egg protein sensibilization. Assay the content of IL-4, IL-10 in blood serum of every group by methods calls ELISA. Results Compared with the normal group, the content of IL-4 in the asthma-model groups blood serum was conspicuous increased （P〈0.05）; the content of IL-10 was conspicuous abated （P〈0.05）. The contrast of the content of IL-4 and IL-10 between the montelukast group, such as the symphysial drug-using group, with the asthma-model group （P〈0.05） have statistical significance, compared with the asthma-model the content of IL-4 in the Guilongkechuanning groups blood serum was conspicuous increased （P〈0.05）, The contrast of the content of IL-10 have not statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both montelukast and Guilongkechuanning can noticeably inhibition the content of IL-4. The content oflL-4 and IL-10 can be conspicuously effected by using these two drugs combination.
