急性脑梗死与血清尿酸水平的病例对照研究

目的探讨血尿酸水平与急性脑梗死发病及预后的关系。方法选取住院急性脑梗死患者60例为观察组,检测入院24h内血尿酸水平及相关指标,并与正常对照组比较和分析两组间的相关性;并同时对观察组中血尿酸正常(非高尿酸组)和异常(高尿酸组)的病例间相关因素及预后的关系分析比较。结果急性脑梗死患者血尿酸水平及异常率明显增高,与对照组之间比较有差异有统计学意义(P<0·01);在急性脑梗死患者中,血尿酸异常组高血糖、高脂血症发生率、病死率较正常组明显增高(P<0·01)。结论血尿酸水平与急性脑梗死的发病密切相关,参与了其发病机制,是预后不良的预测因素。

Acute cerebral infarction and Correlation between the level of serum uric acid

Objective To study the correlation between the level of serum uric acid and the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patient swith acute cerebral infarction were enrolled.The level of serum uric acid and relative indexes in 24 hours in hospital were examined and the correlation was analyzed between normal group and patient group.At the same time the relative factors and prognoses were compared between normal serum uric acid in patient group.Results The level of serum uric acid and the abnormal rate of the acute cerebral infarction patients increased obviously and there were significant difference compared with the normal group(P<0.01);In the cerebral infarction patients,the incidences of hypertenstion,hyperlipidemia and mortality rate in the abnormal serum uric acid group increased obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of serum uric acid was a close relation with acute cerebral infarction,and was of a predictable factor bad prognosis.
