| 摘 要： | 采用扫描电镜观察的方法对６例血管性阳萎患者阴茎海绵体组织与５例对照组标本进行了细胞微观立体细胞观察，对照组海绵体组织呈疏松样结构，海绵窦形态清晰可见，胶原纤维分布均匀；阳萎患者海绵体疏松结构消失，海绵窦之间有大量胶原纤维增生，迂曲成团，海绵窦扩张受限，这种病理改变是造成勃起障碍的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Scanning electron microscopic study of corpora carvernosa was carried out for 6 impotence patients and 5 normal men.The corporeal tissues from normal individuals showed porous structure and the outlines of sinusoids were clearly discernible.An obvious increase of collagen fibers was noted in th impotence patients.Excessive interstitial fibers were observed between the sinusoids and therefore the sinusoid dilatation would be limited. This was claimed to be important in the causation of erectile dysfunction. |
