| 肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤：附27例报告 | |

| 摘 要： | 报告经手术及病理诊断的肾血平滑肌脂肪瘤２７例，术前经Ｂ超及ＣＴ检查作出诊断者１４例。肿瘤直径１０ｃｍ以上者２１例，有瘤内出血者９例，发生自发性破裂９例。２３例行肾切除术，４例行肿瘤剜除术，术后全部痊愈出院。对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤临床症状的分类，术前诊断及手术治疗作了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | 7 cases of renal angiomyolipoma,confirmed by surgery and pathological study were reported with the diameter of the tumor exceeding 10cm in 21.Intratumor hemorrhage and spontaneous rupture of the tumor were observed in 9 each.Preoperative diagnosis has been established on B-ultrasonography and CT scanning in 14.Nephrectomy was undertaken in 23 and enucleation of the tumor in 4.The clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma were discussed. |
