摘    要:目的调查分析大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为预防、控制呼吸道传染病和强化卫生管理提供依据。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006)的要求,对18家公共场所的集中空调进行检测和评价。结果送风中可吸入颗粒物(PMIO)、β-溶血性链球菌合格率均为100.00%;细菌总数、真菌总数合格率均为89.19%;风管内表面的积尘量和细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为91.30%、100.00%和95.35%;冷却水中嗜肺军团菌合格率为100.00%。结论目前大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况还存在一定的卫生隐患,在今后工作中要加强对集中空调微生物污染的预防控制。

Abstract:Objective To analyze microbial contamination of central ventilation and air conditioning systems in public places of Dalian city, so as to provide basis for controlling air pollution caused by bacteria as well as supporting for hygienic management. Methods According to the Hygienic Standards for Centralized Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Places (2006), the microbiological indices of central ventilation and air conditioning systems were tested in 18 public places of Dalian city. Results The qualified rates of PM10 and3 - hemolytic streptococcus were 100. 00%. The qualified rate of total bacteria and total fungi was average 89.19% in air supplied outlet. The qualified rates of accumulated dust mass, total bacteria and total fungi on the internal surface of ventilation dusts were 91.30%, 100. 00% and 95.35%, respective- ly. LegioneUa pneumophila was not detected in the condensed water samples. Conclusion Microbial contamination exists in central ventilation and air conditioning systems in public places of Dalian city. Sanitary control should be strengthened to the central air conditioning ventilation system in some public places.
