白内障超声乳化技术在基层防盲中的应用及推广研究

摘    要:目的探讨白内障超声乳化技术在基层医院开展防盲工作中的应用效果及安全性。方法将重庆市綦江区人民医院2006年7月~2012年1月收治的688例白内障患者随机分为超声乳化组及囊外摘除组,分别给予白内障超声乳化术及现代囊外摘除术的治疗。治疗完成后,比较两组患者的矫正视力、裸眼脱盲率、裸眼脱残率以及并发症的发生率。结果超声乳化组矫正视力、裸眼脱盲率、裸眼脱残率以及并发症的发生率分别为(0.31±0.11)、98.0%、79.9%、4.9%,囊外摘除组则为(0.32±0.13)、83.7%、41.9%、15.1%;平均矫正视力两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而超声乳化组裸眼脱盲率、裸眼脱残率显著高于囊外摘除组(P〈0.05),并发症的发生率显著低于囊外摘除组(P〈0D5)。结论白内障超声乳化技术在基层医院防盲工作中效果良好,且安全可靠,值得在基层防盲推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of phacoemulsification applied in blindness prevention work in primary hospital. Methods 688 cases of cataract patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Qijiang District in Chongqing City, from July 2006 to January 2012 were randomly divided into phacoemulsification group and ECCE group, and they were given the treatment of phacoemulsification and modem extracapsular enucleation separately. Cor- rected visual acuity, the blindness-off rate, the disability-off rate and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared after completed treatment. Results The corrected visual acuity, the blindness-off rate, the disability- off, and the incidence of complications of phacoemulsification group were (0.31±0.11), 98.0%, 79.9%, 4.9%, with (0.32±0.13), 83.7%, 41.9%, 15.1% of ECCE group; there was no significant difference in average corrected visual acuity between both groups (P 〉 0.05), while the blindness-off rate, the disability-off of phacoemulsification group were significantly higher than ECCE group (P 〈 0.05), and its incidence of complications were significantly lower than ECCE group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification technology has a good effect in blindness prevention work of the primary hospital, and it is safe and reliable, which is worthy of popularization and application of primary blindness prevention.
