Orem自护模式在老年精神病患者护理中的应用效果观察

目的探讨Orem自护模式在老年精神病患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2011年1月~2012年3月收治的精神疾病患者64例，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组各32例。对照组采用一般精神病科常规护理，观察组将Orem自护模式贯穿于整个护理过程中。采用康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）（对社会功能缺陷程度进行评分）、护士观察量表（NOSIE）、日常生活能力评分（ADL）对两组护理效果进行评定。结果护理后观察组与对照组NOSIE评分、社会功能缺陷程度评分、日常生活能力评分与护理前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05、P〈0．01）。对照组护理前后各评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05），观察组护理前后各评分比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论Orem自护理论可加快老年精神病患者症状的改善，降低社会功能缺陷的程度，提高患者康复效果及生活质量。

Clinical observation on effect of Orem self-care mode in the nursing of geriopsychosis patients

Objective To explore the effect of Orem self-care mode in the nursing of geriopsychosis patients. Methods 64 patients with geriopsychosis from January 2011 to March 2012 were divided into observation group and control group, each group had 32 cases. The control group was given the psychiatric general nursing, the observation group used Orem self -care mode. IPROS, NOSIE, ADL Score were used to evaluate the nursing effect. Results There were differences of IPROS, NOSIE, ADL Score after nursing in the two groups （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Before and after nurs- ing, there were no differences of IPROS, NOSIE, ADL Score in the control group （all P 〉 0.05）, and there were differ- ences of IPROS, NOSIE, ADL score in the two groups （all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Orem self -care mode can signifi- cantly improve the symptom of geriopsychosis patients, decrease degree of social disabilitry, and improve the effect of Rehabilitation and quality of life.
