喉鳞状细胞癌中RAGE与amphoterin的表达

目的:探讨RAGE(receptor for advanced glycation end products)与amphoterin在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达与临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法测定RAGE及amphotein在27例喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达,并以声带息肉作为对照组,结合喉鳞状细胞癌的临床特征进行分析。RAGE与amphoterin主要定位于细胞膜上,表达强度按阳性细胞数计算。结果:RAGE在喉鳞状细胞癌的表达明显高于在声带息肉中的表达,转移性喉鳞状细胞癌表达高于非转移性喉鳞状细胞癌。Amphoterin在几乎所有的喉鳞癌中表达,且高于声带息肉中的表达。结论:RAGE与amphoterin的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌的侵袭和转移有关,可作为预测喉鳞状细胞癌转移潜能的指标。

Expression of RAGE and amphoterin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE) and amphoterin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).Methods: The expressions of RAGE and amphoterin were detected using immunohistochemistry method in 27 tumor tissues from LSCC,which were compared to those in polyp of vocal cord.RAGE and amphoterin mainly located in cytomembrane and cytoplasm,and their intensity were calculated by masculine cell population.Results: The positive expression rate of RAGE in LSCC was significantly higher than that in polyp of vocal cord.The positive expression rate of RAGE in metastatic LSCC was significantly higher than that in non-metastatic.The positive expression rate of amphoterin was almost in LSCC,which was higher than that in polyp of vocal cord.Conclusion: The expressions of RAGE and amphoterin are related to the invasion and metastasis of LSCC and may be used as potential markers for LSCC metastasis.
