联合检测血清H-FABP、P选择素对急性心肌梗死近期预后的评估

目的：探讨联合检测血清H-FABP、P选择素检测对急性心肌梗死近期预后的评估。方法：将123例急性心肌梗死分成不良心血管事件（ MACE ）组（44例）和非 MACE 组（79例）,比较两组血浆H-FABP、P选择素浓度。结果：MACE 组血清H-FABP为（68.53±32.57） ng/L、P选择素为（353.21±88.17） ng/L,均高于非 MACE 组的（47.58±21.56） ng/L、（286.21±76.35） ng/L（均 P〈0.05）。结论：血浆 H-FABP、P选择素对急性心肌梗死患者发生不良心血管事件具有较好的预警作用。

The prognostic value of the combined detection of serum H-FABP and soluble P-selectin on short-term prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)

Objective：To evaluate the prognostic value of the combined detection of serum H-FABP and soluble P-selectin on short-term prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction （ AMI ） . Methods： 123 patients with acute AMI were categorized into main adverse cardiac events （ MACE） group （ 44 cases） and non-MACE group （ 79 cases） . Then, the concentration of H-FABP and soluble P-selectin were compared between the two groups.Results：The serum H-FABP and soluble P-selectin of group MACE were （68.53±32.57） ng/L and （353.21±88.17） ng/L respectively, which were significantly higher than those of non-MACE group [H-FABP：（47.58±21.56） ng/L;soluble P-selectin：（286.21±76.35） ng/L] （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：H-FABP and soluble P-selectin may better provide early warning for occurrence of MACE in patients with AMI.
