| 摘 要： | 根据我省农村卫生人力开发项目地区卫生人力数据库（1996年）资料，结合我省社会经济发展水平、人口数量和国家有关卫生政策等情况，对卫技人员的数量、学历、职称和专业结构等现状进行了分析，并提出改善的对策和建议，为合理配置卫生人力提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the database(1996) of health manpower in rural areas of Henan involved in the Health IV Project sponsered by World Bank Loan, in the light of Spacial condition of social economic development level, population and the national relevant policies, we analyse the currentstatus of the medical technical personal's number, schcoling, posts, and put forward some suggestionsof improvement so as to lay a scientific foun dation to dispose reasonable the health manpower in ruralareas. |
