| 荧光镜检法检查抗酸杆菌及报告方式的探讨 | |

| 摘 要： | 本文报告４５９６例痰标本荧光镜检法观察不同视野数阳性结果及５００例痰标本荧光镜检法与抗酸镜检法的比较实验。结果提示，观察６０视野为宜，避免造成假阴性，又可提高工作效率３～５倍。观察３０视野造成漏检（假阴性）５７例，占总阳性数９０７例的６．３％；荧光镜检（直涂片）法优于抗酸镜检（直涂片、集菌涂片）法，阳性率分别提高６．６％及０．６％。上述实验结果提示提高阳性检出率的优势，关键在对少量菌及（１＋）的控制尺度。 |

| Abstract: | This acticle reported the positive result of 4596 cases with different fields by fluoroscopy and compared with the results of fluoroscopy and acid-fast microscopy in 500 cases. The results showed that it was suitable to examine 60 fields of vision because it could get high positive rate and obviate false negative. Meanwhile, the work efficienly was raised in 3 - 5 times. Examining 30 fields of vision caused flase negative rate in 57 cases (6. 3% of 907 positive cases). Fluoroseopy method (direct smear) is better than acid-fast microscopy method (direct smear, concentrate smear), its positive rate increased 6. 60% and 0. 60% respectively. The key of increasing the positive case finding rate was to handle the standard of few amount and one plus of mycobacteria. |
