孕早中期唐氏综合征产前联合筛查结果分析

目的检验孕早、中期联合血清检测对唐氏综合征预警的效果。方法用时间分辨免疫荧光法对孕9～13+6周孕妇进行早期血清学筛查,并在14～21+6周时进行中期血清学筛查,并同时用超声对孕9～13周孕妇测量颈部透明带厚度。结果产前筛查3 674例,早期血清学筛查出高危孕妇97例,中期血清学筛查出高危孕妇195例,其中高危孕妇行羊水培养127例,确诊唐氏综合征患儿4例。结论孕早、中期产前联合筛查,可有效降低唐氏综合征患儿的出生率。

Antenatal combined screening of Town's syndrome in early and middle pregnancy and results analysis

Objective To verify the early-warning effect of combined serum detection during early and middle pregnancy on Town＇ s syndrome. Methods The time-resolved immunofluorometric assay was adopted to conduct the early serological screening during 9 - 13^＋6 pregnant weeks and the middle serological screening during 14 - 21^＋6 pregnant weeks in pregnant women. At the same time, the fetal neck translucency was detected by ultrasound during 9-13 pregnant weeks. Results 3 674 cases were screened. 97 cases of high risk were detected out in the early stage serological screening,while 195 cases were found high risk in the middle stage serological screening. Among them, 127 cases took amniocentesis for amniotic fluid culture and 4 case of Downr s syndrome fetus were confirmed. Conclu- sion The combined screening in early and middle pregnancy could decrease the birth rate of Down＇ s syndrome neo- nates.
