药师干预对老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响

目的：探讨接受药师药物咨询对老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法：随机抽取确诊的高血压患者曾接受药师药物咨询者（药物咨询组）和仅接受常规药物治疗者（常规治疗组），各80例，在治疗前及治疗后1个月及3个月后用Morisky调查问卷评价用药依从性。结果：干预前药物咨询组和常规治疗组患者用药依从性佳者比例分别为20％和21．2％，两组无明显差异（P〉0．05），1个月及3个月后药物咨询组依从性佳者比例分别上升至42．5％及57．6％，较常规治疗组的22．5％和23．7％显著升高（P〈0．01）。3个月后药物咨询组血压达标率明显高于常规治疗组（60．0％比42．5％，P〈0．05）。结论：药师药物咨询可显著提高病人用药依从性和疗效，药师在提高用药疗效方面能发挥重要作用。

Influence of pharmacist intervention on medication compliance in aged patients with hypertension

Objective： To investigate influence of medication counseling of pharmacist on medication compliance in aged patients with hypertension. Methods： A total of 160 hypertension patients were randomly averagely divided into medication counseling group （undergoing medication counseling of pharmacist before medication） and routine treatment group （only undergoing routine treatment） and their medication compliance were evaluated by Morisky questionnaire before, one and three months after treatment. Results： There was no significant difference in per- centage of patients with good medication compliance （20% vs. 21.2%） between medication counseling group and routine treatment group before intervention （P〉0.05）. One and three months after treatment, percentages of patients with good medication compliance in medication counseling group were significantly higher than those of routine treatment group （one month： 42.5% vs. 22.5%, three months.. 57.6% vs. 23.7%, P〈0.01 both）. Reach target rate of blood pressure in medication counseling group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group （60. 0% vs. 42.5%, P〈0. 05） after three months. Conclusion： Medication counseling of pharmacist may significantly enhancement medication compliance and therapeutic effect of patients, so pharmacist may play an important role improving therapeutic effect of patients.
