| 摘 要： | 目的 研究竞争性PCR及其产物酶联杂交定量检测法价值。方法 竞争性PCR对HBV基因进行扩增，并引入微反应板酶联杂交技术对扩增产物定量分析。结果 检测HBV DNA灵敏度、特异性及定量分析精确度均十分理想。结论 该法值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To order to investigate the compete PCR and its products enzyme link hybridization.Methods HBV gene was amplifid using compete PCR and its products was analyzed quantitively by micro reaction plank enzyme link hybridization.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accurate of HBV DNA detection are all very high.Conclusion That can be used widely. |
