全科医学教育理念下的临床医学教学改革初步探索

摘    要:目的探索地方高等医学院校全科医学教育理念下的临床医学课程改革的效果。方法以眼科学课程改革为试点,通过整体部署和目标设置,改革教学大纲和评价方法,将现有本科3年级230位学生分成两组,分别采用新的全科医学理念的教学模式(32人)和传统教学模式(198人)进行教学,学期结束后,对教学效果进行评估和比较。结果学生的理论考试成绩,两种教学模式没有差异;新的全科医学理念的教学模式,学生的主动性增强,实践能力和综合能力均强于传统教学模式。结论全科医学教育理念下的临床医学课程改革对培养新型实用型人才更有利。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects on reform of clinical medine teaching based on the gener-al practice education in medical college .Methods 230 students was divided into two groups .Group A , 32 students ,performed the new teaching method ,w hich increased the practical and experiment cour-ses .Group B ,198 students ,performed the traditional teaching way ,which pay much attention to basic theories .At the end of the term ,the achievements of two groups were assessed and compared .Re-sults there is no significant difference in theory test in two groups .However ,the practical and mixed abilities in group A were higher than group B ,and they are more active than the latter . Conclu-sionsthe teaching reform of clinical medicine based on the general practice education is useful for cultu-ring practical medical students .
