| 摘 要： | 重症医学临床实习教学具有很强的专业特点。结合实际教学中存在的问题,通过加强师资队伍建设,改革教学模式,注重实习生临床技能及整体思维能力的培养,重视医患沟通能力的培养,加强组织纪律以及采取人性化管理,全面提高实习生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | The clinical practice teaching of critical care medicine has highly professional features. Ac- cording to the problem encountered in the practice we should strengthen the construction of teaching contingent, improve and better the teaching methods, focusing on cultivating students＇ clinical skills and overall thinking ability in their work, pay attention to cultivate students＇ doctor-patient commu- nication ability, emphasis on organization discipline, adopt humanistic mode of management to im- prove comprehensively the overall quality of students. |
