临床医学八年制PBL课程教务运行模式与质量评价体系的构建与应用

摘    要:西安交通大学临床医学专业八年制正在进行人才培养方案和课程体系改革,其主要特色为按照人体器官系统将传统生物医学和临床医学课程进行有机整合,推行PBL教学。由于PBL教学法与传统教学法有很大不同,传统的教务运行管理模式及质量评价体系已不能满足需要。为解决这一问题,我们积极探索,创建符合临床医学八年制培养思路及PBL教学特色的"以学生为中心"的教务管理运行模式,并建立与之配套的学生成绩考核评价体系以及教师授课质量评价体系,使之能更加全面、科学、公平的考核学生、评价教师,经过近三年的实践已初见成效。

Abstract:There is an importantly educational reform on talents training program and the curriculum system for eight-year-program medical students in Xi'an Jiaotong University, and its characteristics are the integrated curriculum according to the human body organ systems and problem-based learning method. Because of the quite different between PBL teaching method and traditionaI teaching method, we explored and set a new "student centered"educational running mode and matched quality evaluation system to meet the need. After nearly three years of practice, initial success has already achieved.
