胸外科进修医师教学的实践体会

针对胸外科进修医师特点,对其进行系统化的入职培训和个体化的三基训练,以培养其临床思维能力和临床技能,并对其灌输微创手术的理念,并进行人性化的管理。此外,作者也对未来胸外科进修医生的培养提出一些建议。

Experience of Training Refresher Doctors in Thoracic Surgery

During training thoracic surgery refresher doctors, the teachers instituted reasonable feasible training plans for every refresher doctor individually.
