| 摘 要： | Tourette 综合症(TS)是抽动障碍(TD)的亚型之一,其症状较复杂,病情较重,病程较长,且共患病较多。大约72.7%共患注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD);40-75%共患强迫障碍(OCD);25-30%共患睡眠障碍(SD);20-25%共患情绪障碍(ED)等。共患病的存在,影响到TS的治疗的效果,及患儿的身心健康。本文对Tourette 综合症共患病近年来的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Tourette syndrome (TS) is one of the subtypes of tic disorder (TD), the symptom is relatively complex, serious, long course of disease, and more comorbidities. About 72.7% with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); 40-75%with compulsive disorder (OCD). 25-30%with sleep disorder (SD); 20-25% with risk of mood disorders (ED), etc. The presence of comorbidities, affect the TS, the effect of the treatment and the patient"s physical and mental health. In this paper, the Tourette syndrome comorbidities were reviewed the research progress in recent years. |
