社区高血压合并糖尿病患者的血压控制情况及影响因素分析

目的对高血压合并糖尿病患者的血压控制情况进行观察分析。方法对2011年10月至2016年7月在东阳市某社区卫生服务中心进行干预的672例高血压合并糖尿病患者的血压控制情况进行分析,采用字2检验和logistic回归分析血压控制的影响因素。结果不同性别、年龄段的血压控制率差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。高盐饮食是影响血压控制的危险因素,而规律运动和遵医嘱是保护性因素(P＜0.05或0.01)。结论高血压合并糖尿病患者的社区管理工作取得了一定的成效,以后的工作中应加强生活方式的干预,着重控制患者的高盐饮食,培养规律锻炼的习惯,提高患者的依从性,从而提高患者治疗率和控制率。

Blood pressure control and its influencing factors in community hypertensive patients complicated with diabetes mellitus

Objective To survey the blood pressure control in community hypertensive patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods Total 672 hypertensive patients with diabetes were registered and managed in communities of Dongyang city from October 2011 to July 2016. The status of blood pressure control among these patients was surveyed and the related influencing factors were analyzed. Results The overall blood pressure control rate was 18.2% , and there were no significant differences among patients with different gender and age. The control rate in patients with high salt was poor, while regular exercise and compliance with doctor''s advice were the protective factors of blood pressure control. Conclusion There are certain effects of community management on blood pressure control in hypertensive patients with diabetes, but the community management should be further strengthened and improved.
