| 摘 要： | 膀胱癌是泌尿系统的常见肿瘤，本文报告5例因膀胱癌行可控性膀胱成形术的护理体会。术前应做好心理护理、肠道准备及支持疗法，术后要密切监测生命体征、病情变化及各种引流管的固定情况，注意预防肺部并发症的发生，有利于手术成功率的提高。 |

The Nursing for Patients Undergoing Detenial Caecal-colon Continent Reservoir |

| Abstract: | Objective Bladder cancer is a common Urological tumor. This article reported the apprehension of nursing patents of bladder cancer undergoing detenial caecal-colon continent reservoir: those of psychological nursing, bowel preparation, sustenance therapy, observation of condition and the drainage of various tube and protection from pneumonia should be taken seriously, which is advantageous to enhancing success rate. |
