高等医学职业教育模式改革的实践与探索

目的 分析高等医学职业教育面临的形势,研究新型医学教育模式,为高职高专医学院校的改革与发展提供实践依据.方法 通过实施农村社区医疗卫生人才定向培养、加强人才实践技能培养、提高人才培养质量,开展高等医学职业教育模式改革实践.结果 浙江医学高等专科学校的农村社区医疗卫生人才培养模式深受本省各级卫生行政部门欢迎;实施模拟医院、校院(企)一体化培养,实现了学生与职业岗位的直接衔接;加强"双师型"教师培养等师资队伍建设,保证了人才培养的质量.结论 高职高专医学院校着力培养服务基层的专业技能人才,符合高等职业教育发展的方向,是一条切实可行的人才培养途径.

On the reform of educational model of higher vocational medical college

Objective To provide vocational medical colleges with practical basis for their reform and development through analyzing the current situation of higher medical vocational education and exploring innovative educational model.Methods To implement the reform of educational model by carrying out the orientation-training of medical care talent for rural communities, by strengthening the cultivation of practical skills and by improving the quality of talent training.Results The medical care talent training model for rural communities created and implemented by Zhejiang Medical College is welcomed by all levels of health administrative department of Zhejiang Province.With simulated hospital and school-hospital (enterprise) integration training model, the direct connection between students and occupation is realized.The quality of talent training can be ensured by enhancing the construction of teaching staff like the cultivation of "dual-qualified' teachers.Conclusions Exerting itseff to cultivate professional medical talents serving grass root accords with the direction of higher vocational education reform, and is a practical and sustainable way for vocational medical colleges to carry out talent training and seek further development.
