| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清NT-proBNP和尿酸水平与NYHA（纽约心脏病学会）心功能分级之间的相关性。方法对153例老年慢性心衰（CHF）患者就诊后24小时内取静脉血,并随机选取老年健康体检者31例为对照组,采用电化学发光法测定血清NT-proBNP,同时采用尿酸酶-过氧化物酶法测定血清尿酸,分析血清NT-proBNP和尿酸浓度与NYHA心功能分级之间的关系。结果心功能I～IV级患者血清NT-proBNP逐步增加（P〈0.05）;心功能II～IV级患者尿酸逐步增加（P〈0.05）,NT-proBNP与尿酸的相关系数为0.310。结论老年慢性心衰患者的血清NT-proBNP与尿酸水平与心功能相关,心衰越重,血清NT-proBNP与尿酸水平越高,NT-proBNP与尿酸有一定的相关性,但NT-proBNP检测灵敏度更高。
