p38和uPA在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨丝裂原活化蛋白激酶（p38）与尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂（uPA）在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达及相关性。方法选取上皮性卵巢癌组织60例,良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织30例,正常卵巢组织30例。采用免疫组织化学方法检测p38与uPA在上述不同组织中的表达。结果 p38和uPA在上皮性卵巢癌组织、良性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织及正常卵巢组织中的表达率分别为75.0%,36.7%,26.7%和68.3%,40%,30%。卵巢癌组与良性卵巢肿瘤组及正常卵巢组比较差别均有显著性（P〈0.05）,而良性卵巢肿瘤组织与正常卵巢组比较差别无显著性（P〉0.05）;二者的表达与上皮性卵巢癌组织临床分期、组织学分级、及淋巴结转移显著相关（P〈0.05）,且随临床分期增加、分化降低及淋巴转移而增强（P〈0.05）。p38和uPA在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达密切相关（r=0.827,P〈0.05）。结论 p38和uPA与卵巢癌发生发展生物学行为有关,二者联合检测有助于卵巢癌早期诊断和预后判断。

Expression of Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase p38 and Urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator in Ovarian Cancer
