摘    要:开发与我国医疗卫生体制改革相适应的临床医学专业教学基本要求是当前医学教育改革的热点之一。本文分析了高职高专教育临床医学专业课程标准的现状;提出了以职业能力为本位建立专科层次临床医学专业课程标准的必要性;探讨了课程标准的5项原则,包括素质教育应当贯穿于医学教育全过程,课程标准应当突出职业性,课程标准应当与执业标准接轨,教学设计应当具有实践性、开放性和职业性,教育评价体系的建立必须有学校方、教师学生方、相关利益方三方的共同参与。

Abstract:Developing basic requirements for the teaching of clinical medicine according to the health care system reform is one of the highlights in medical education nowadays. This paper analyzes the current standards for clinical medicine curriculum in higher vocational colleges, and proposes the necessity for establishing the standards for clinical medicine curriculum based on professional competence. It also discusses the five principles of curriculum standards, which are that education for all-around development should run through the whole process of medical education, that curriculum standards should focus on vocational aptitude, that curriculum standards should be correlated with vocational standards, that instructional design should be practical, open and vocational, and that colleges, teachers, students and stakeholders should take part in the establishment of education evaluation system.
