社区医学实践对加强医学生临床综合能力的效果评价

目的评价开展社区医学实践对加强医学生临床综合能力的效果。方法比较开展社区医学实践后武汉大学第一临床学院2002级五年制临床医学专业学生(实验组)与未开展社区医学实践2001级五年制临床医学专业学生(对照组)的临床专业课程及毕业考试成绩。结果社区医学实践前，实验组与对照组学生部分基础及临床桥梁课程成绩基本一致，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义；而开展社区医学实践后，实验组学生临床各专业课程及毕业考试成绩均高于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论社区医学实践有利于医学生临床思维和技能、沟通交流、循证医学等能力的培养及综合素质的提高，符合当前深化医药卫生体制改革和医学教育发展的方向，值得推广应用。

Effects evaluation of medical students' clinical comprehensive abilities after community medicine practice

Objective To evaluate the effects of medical students'clinical comprehensive abilities after community medicine practice. Methods Grade 2002 students who had taken community medicine practice are the experimental group, while Grade 2001 students who did not take the practice are seen as the control group. We compared the professional and graduation tests' scores between experimental group and control group. ResultsBefore the community medicine practice, the basic medicine and clinical bridge courses' scores of the two groups were consistent ( P＞0.05 ). The experimental group got higher scores in professional course tests and graduation tests (P＜0.05) after the practice than the control group.Conclusions Taking practice in community was favorable toward promoting chnical students' clinical thinking and skills, communication skills, evidence- based medicine abilities and the comprehensive qualities. It was in conformity with the medical care system' s reform plan and the medical education development, and it was worth spreading throughout the country.
