| 摘 要： | 目的探讨确保小儿输液安全的有效管理方法。方法将60例接受静脉治疗的患儿作为试验组,采用输液全程环节质量控制方法;对照组采用回顾性调查输液患儿60例,比较两组患儿家长满意度、护理缺陷、护理投诉、护理风险的发生情况,并进行卡方检验。结果试验组患儿家长满意度、护理缺陷、护理风险及护理投诉情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对小儿输液治疗实施环节质量控制,病人家属满意度高,护理投诉、护理纠纷及护理缺陷明显减少。环节质量控制是一种有效的护理质量管理方法。 |
