| 摘 要： | 目的调查美沙酮维持治疗患者滥用甲基苯丙胺类物质情况并分析相关影响因素。方法以广州市荔湾区药物维持治疗点2010年7月1日至9月30日期间在治的服药人员为研究对象,通过液相色谱-质谱法（LC/MS）对其中自愿参与尿检的126例患者尿液中甲基苯丙胺（MA）及代谢产物进行检测,并对参与尿检人员的一般情况、服药相关情况进行单因素Logistic回归分析。结果在126例参与尿检服药人员中,检测尿MDNA阳性者11例（阳性率8.7%）;单因素Logistic回归分析结果显示转诊患者较本地患者更易发生合并滥用MA行为（β=4.177,P〈0.001）,有业者较无业/待业者更易发生滥用行为（β=1.907,P=0.008）,接受MMT治疗时间越长,合并滥用MA风险越小（β=-0.048,P=0.033）。结论本地区美沙酮维持治疗患者存在合并使用甲基苯丙胺类物质的行为,对其职业、治疗时间、是否转诊等情况进行关注可能有利于减少合并滥用物质的行为。 |
