| 摘 要： | 目的以TPPA为参照法,判定CMIA法在检测梅毒螺旋体抗体中的应用价值。方法对本院收集的983份血清样本同时进行TPPA法与CMIA法检测,对比两种方法检测结果的差异性。结果 CMIA法总阳性率为10.58%,TPPA法总阳性率为10.27%。结论 CMIA的准确性、灵敏度及特异度与TPPA无统计学差异,且具有重复检测准确率高的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the application value of CMIA method in test of treponema pallidum antibody with TPPA as the reference method.Methods TPPA and CMIA method tests were taken at the same time for 983 serum samples collected in our hospital,to compare the test result difference between the two methods.Results The positive rate of CMIA method was 10.58%,the positive rate of TPPA was 10.27%.Conclusions Compared with TPPA method,CMIA method has no significant difference in accuracy,sensitivity and specifici... |
