脑苷肌肽注射液对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病神经行为能力的影响

摘    要:目的探索新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)的新的治疗方法,观察脑苷肌肽治疗中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)疗效。方法对中、重度缺氧缺血性脑病在对症、支持及胞二磷胆碱等治疗的基础上将脑苷肌肽注射液6ml加入10%GS20~30ml中静滴,每日1次,7—10天为1个疗程。观察2组患儿在治疗前后新生儿神经行为评分(NBNA)。结果治疗组NBNA/〉35分:第7、14天分别为25(48.9%)、38(84.4%)例,对照组16(25%)、33(63.9%)例,2组分别比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论早期应用脑苷肌肽注射液,对HIE有治疗作用,能改善缺氧缺血性脑病患儿的神经行为能力,从而有助于其预后。治疗中未见副作用。

Abstract:Objective:A new safety and effective therapeutic method for hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)was detected.Methods: On the basis of expectant,supporting and Naoganjitai injection treatment of HIE,the cases were given 6ml Naoganjitai injection by intravenous drip after dilution with 10% GS once a day.One course of treatment included seven to ten days.Neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA)was performed before and after treatment of Naoganjitai injection.Results:NBNA of patients with HIE in treatment group with Naoganjitai injection was distinctively higher than that of the control group.Conclusion : Early treatment of HIE with Naoganjitai injection could prevent the brain from injury after asphyxia,block the development of HIE,improve the nervous behavior and prognosis in newborn with HIE.
