年轻女性子宫内膜癌56例临床病理分析

目的探讨年轻妇女子宫内膜癌的临床和病理特点。方法对56例45岁以下子宫内膜癌患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果年轻妇女子宫内膜癌随年龄的增加发患者数有增加的趋势。临床主要表现为月经失调（55．4％），阴道不规则出血（48．2％），原发或继发不孕（42．9％）；病理检查主要表现为子宫内膜样腺癌为主，共41例（占73．2％），术前分段诊断性刮宫对诊断价值较高。结论45岁以下年轻女性的子宫内膜癌多数为高分化子宫内膜样腺癌，对月经不调或不孕合并子宫增大的妇女采用分段诊断性刮宫活检，有助于早期诊断。

Clinicopathological analysis of endometrial carcinoma in younger women

Objective To study the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma in younger women.Methods The retrospective analysis was performed to 56 cases under 45 years old of endometrial cancers.Results Young women's endometrial cancers was incremental tendency of incidence accompany with increasing of age.The major clinical manifestations were menstrual disorder(55.4%),vaginal irregular bleeding(48.2%),and infertility(42.9%).The histological features of endometrial carcinoma was endometrioid adenocarcinomas and there were 41 in 56 cases.Preoperative segmenting diagnostic curettage had a high accuracy.Conclusion The major of endometrial cancers of women under 45 years old are high grade endometrioid adenocarcinomas.It is helpful for early diagnosis to apply segmenting diagnostic curettage for women of menoxenia or infertility complicating hysterauxesis.
