摘    要:
目的: 比较种植机钻磨法与凿骨劈冠法拔除下颌阻生智齿的效果?方法:330例下颌中?低位阻生智齿患者随机分为两组,实验组160例选用种植机钻磨法拔除下颌阻生智齿,对照组170例采用传统凿骨劈冠法拔除?观察?比较两种拔除方法的手术时间?术中感受及术后并发症?结果:应用种植机钻磨法可明显缩短手术时间?减轻患者痛苦?降低术后疼痛?肿胀?张口受限?干槽症的发生?舌侧骨板折裂情况,与对照组相比有高度显著差异(P < 0.01)?结论:和齿骨劈冠法相比,种植机钻磨法拔除下颌阻生智齿有较大的优越性,值得临床推广应用?

Abstract:
Objective: To compare effects of planter turbine drill and traditional chisel technique on removal of impacted mandibular third molars. Methords:Three hundred and thirey cases with impacted third molars of middle or low site were randomly assigned to two groups:test group including 160 cases received treatment of planter turbine drill; control group including 170 cases received treatment of traditional chisel technique. The duration of extraction and discomfort of the patients, and post-operational complications were determined and analyzed. Results:The test group had shorter duration of extraction, less discomfort, and less post-operational complications such as ache,swelling, limited opening of mouth, than those of the control group. Occurrences of dry socket and fracture of lingual alveolar bone were lower than the control(P < 0.01). Conclusion:The planter turbine drill has a superiority for application on extraction of impacted third molars compared with traditional chisel technique.
