儿童佝偻病与微量元素的关系

目的:探讨唐山地区儿童佝偻病与微量元素的关系,为儿童佝偻病的防治提出措施。方法:对2007年1～12月在唐山市妇幼保健院就诊儿童的骨碱性磷酸酶和微量元素检测结果进行分析。结果:儿童佝偻病随年龄增长呈下降趋势;男女童间骨碱性磷酸酶水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同月份间儿童骨碱性磷酸酶水平不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);佝偻病好发于1～3月份;佝偻病患儿体内锌、铜降低,Cu/Zn比值升高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:儿童佝偻病多伴有锌、铜降低,及时适量地补充微量元素是防治佝偻病的重要措施。

Relationship between rickets and trace elements in children

Objective:To explore the relationship between rickets and trace elements in children in Tangshan region,put forward measures for prevention and treatment of rickets in children.Methods:The results of bone alkaline phosphatase and trace elements detection among the children who hospitalized in the hospital from January to December in 2007 were analyzed.Results:The incidence of rickets in children showed a decreasing trend with age;there was no significant difference in the level of bone alkaline phosphatase between boys and girls(P>0.05);there was significant difference in the level of bone alkaline phosphatase among the children at different age groups(P<0.01);the peak month of rickets was from January to March;among the children with rickets,the levels of zinc and copper decreased,the ratio of copperto zinc increased,there was significant difference.Conclusion:Most of the children with rickets are combined with decreases of zinc and copper levels,timely and reasonable supplement of trace elements is an important measure to prevent and treat rickets.
