常/微量元素和新生儿体重关系的初探

目的:探讨常/微量元素水平与新生儿体重的相关性及妊娠母亲与新生儿脐血中常/微量元素的相关性。方法:利用原子吸收分光光度法测定妊娠母亲和新生儿脐血血清元素。结果:孕妇静脉血的钙和铜水平高于新生儿脐血水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但铁、镁和锌水平低于新生儿脐血水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。孕妇静脉血与新生儿脐血中钙、铜和镁水平正相关(P<0.01),其余铁和锌无相关。新生儿体重3 500 g以上新生儿铁和锌水平高于<3 500 g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常/微量元素可能影响新生儿出生体重,新生儿元素水平可以反映母体内的元素水平及营养状况。因此,应做好孕期保健及营养指导。

Preliminarily discussion of the relationship between macroelements/trace elements and neonatal weight

Objective:To explore the correlation between macroelements/trace elements levels and neonatal weight,and the correlation between macroelements/trace elements levels of pregnant women and macroelements/trace elements levels in neonatal umbilical cord blood.Methods:Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to detect the macroelements/trace elements levels in pregnant women and neonatal umbilical cord serum.Results:The levels of calcium and copper in venous blood of pregnant women were significantly higher than those in umbilical cord blood of neonates(P<0.01),but the levels of iron,magnesium,and zinc in venous blood of pregnant women were significantly lower than those in umbilical cord blood of neonates(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the levels of calcium,copper,and magnesium in venous blood of pregnant women and the levels of calcium,copper,and magnesium in umbilical cord blood of neonates(P<0.01).The levels of iron and zinc in neonatal weight>3 500 g group were significantly higher than those in neonatal weight<3 500 g group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Macroelements/trace elements may affect neonatal birth weight,the levels of macroelements/trace elements in neonates can reflect the levels of macroelements/trace elements and nutritional status of pregnant women,so it is necessary to carry out gestational health care and nutritional guidance.
