2008～2010年合肥地区新生儿疾病筛查可疑阳性未召回原因分析

机构递送的新生儿疾病筛查血片进行初筛,对可疑阳性及其未召回情况进行分类、整理、统计。结果:2008～2010年新生儿疾病筛查可疑阳性总体未召回率为12.72%,其中2008年、2009年、2010年可疑阳性未召回率分别为6.78%、17.56%、11.92%。从医疗机构类别来看,各年度可疑阳性未召回率最高均为乡镇卫生院,最低为市区医院。2008～2010年可疑阳性未召回主要原因为电话无法联系(占62.91%),其次为家长不愿意复查(占35.48%)。结论:合肥地区新生儿疾病筛查可疑阳性未召回主要原因为联系方式错误或更改以及家长配合检查意识不强。

Analysis on the causes of neonatal screening suspected positive films which did not recalled in Hefei from 2008 to 2010

Objective:To analyze the causes of neonatal screening suspected positive films which did not recalled in Hefei.Methods:To sort and statistics the suspected positive films of medical institutions by region and hospital type.Results:From 2008 to 2010 the total rate of suspected positive films which did not recalled was 12.72%,it was 6.78% in 2008 and 17.56% in 2009 and 11.92% in 2010.From the hospital category,the highest rate of suspected positive films which did not recalled was township hospital,the rate of city hospital was the lowest.The main reason of suspected positive films which did not recalled was the phone number was wrong(accounting for 62.91%),followed by the parents did not want to review(accounting for 35.48%) from 2008 to 2010.Conclusion:Neonatal screening suspected positive films which did not recalled existed difference by hospital type,mainly due to error or change contact information for parents and the awareness of parents to cooperate with the inspection was not strong.
