绝经后阴道出血268例原因分析

目的:探讨妇女绝经后阴道流血的原因。方法:对268例绝经后阴道流血患者进行回顾性分析。结果:268例绝经后阴道流血患者中,生殖系统感染引起的流血110例,占41.04%;功能失调性子宫出血69例,占25.75%;恶性肿瘤50例,占18.66%;宫内节育器20例,占7.46%;子宫肌瘤7例,占2.61%。结论:绝经后阴道流血患者中,生殖系统感染引起的出血最多,随年龄增长和出血距绝经年限越长,恶性肿瘤发生率越高,绝经后宫内节育器应及时取出。绝经后妇女应定期体检,以免贻误病情。

Analysis on the causes of 268 postmenopausal women with vaginal bleeding

Objective:To explore the causes of vaginal bleeding among postmenopausal women. Methods:A total of 268 postmenopausal women with vaginal bleeding were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Among 268 postmenopausal women with vaginal bleeding,110 postmenopausal women were found with reproductive tract infection,accounting for 41.04%;69 postmenopausal women were found with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,accounting for 25.75%;50 postmenopausal women were found with malignant tumors,accounting for 18.66%;20 postmenopausal women were found with intrauterine devices,accounting for 7.46%;7 postmenopausal women were found with hysteromyoma,accounting for 2.61%. Conclusion:Among the postmenopausal women with vaginal bleeding,the amount of blood loss of postmenopausal women with vaginal bleeding induced by reproductive tract infection is the highest;the incidence of malignant tumors increases with the increases of age and interval time between bleeding and menopausal time;intrauterine devices should be taken out after menopause.The postmenopausal women should receive physical examination regularly to avoid delaying the disease.
