成都市流动人口女性安全套使用情况及其影响因素

目的:了解成都市女性流动人口中安全套的使用情况及其影响因素。方法:采用应答推动的抽样方法 (Re-spondent-Driven Sampling,RDS)对目前在成都市市区工作且年满20周岁的533名女性流动人口进行问卷调查。结果:在有性生活的533名女性流动人口中,有301名(56.5%)女性使用了安全套,有232名(43.5%)未使用安全套。在125名未婚女性中使用安全套者67人,占53.6%;在已婚408人中使用安全套者234人,占57.4%。调查对象中,有420人认为安全套可以避孕,占78.8%;有281人接受过生殖健康相关知识,占52.7%。文化程度越低、收入越低、年龄越大、获得的相关知识越少,则安全套的使用率越低。结论:应加强流动人口女性安全套使用相关知识宣传,提高安全套的使用率。

Usage of condom and the effect factors among the floating women in Chengdu city

Objective:To understand the usage of condom and the effect factors among the floating women in Chengdu city.Methods:Respondent-driven sampling method was used to investigate 533 floating women more than 20 years who worked in urban area of Chengdu city by questionnaire survey.Results:Among 533 floating women with sexual life,301 women(56.5%) used condom,232 women(43.5%) didn’t use condom.Among 125 unmarried women,67 women used condom,accounting for 53.6%;among 408 married women,234 women used condom,accounting for 57.4%.Among the women investigated,420 women considered that condom was contraceptive,accounting for 78.8%;281 women received reproductive health related knowledge,accounting for 52.7%.The lower the educational level was,the lower the income was;the older the age was,the fewer the related knowledge they received,the lower the usage rate of condom was.Conclusion:Publicity of related knowledge of condom usage among the floating women should be enhanced,and the usage rate of condom should be improved.
