妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的相关因素分析

目的:分析妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的相关因素及处理措施。方法:选择2006年9月～2011年6月在长兴县长兴中医院妇科行腹腔镜手术出现并发症的80例患者,分析并发症出现的原因和处理方法。结果:阴式子宫切除术的并发症与中转开腹率显著高于子宫肌瘤剔除术(P<0.05),比附件手术并发症与中转开腹率高(P<0.01);子宫肌瘤剔除术与附件手术的并发症与中转开腹率相当(P>0.05)。结论:了解腹腔镜手术并发症的发生原因、诊断和治疗原则,掌握预防措施,是减少及预防并发症的关键。

Analysis on the related factors of complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Objective:To analyze the related factors and treatment of complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Eighty patients with complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery were selected from the hospital from September 2006 to June 2011,the causes and treatment of complications were analyzed.Results:The incidences of complications and the rate of converting to laparotomy in laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy group were significantly higher than those in myomectomy group(P<0.05) and accessories operation group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidences of complications and the rate of converting to laparotomy between myomectomy group and accessories operation group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Understanding the causes,diagnosis,and treatment principles of complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery,grasping preventive measures are the key points to reduce and prevent complications of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
