摘    要:
目的:观察有氧运动对绝经后女性骨密度(BMD)及激素水平的临床影响及其意义。方法:选择经体检的健康绝经后女性60例,经入选者同意分为对照组和观察组,对照组不参加有氧运动计划,观察组参加有氧运动计划,比较两组女性第6、12、18个月的腰椎(L2)与桡骨远端1/3处的BMD,同时比较两组女性第18个月的激素水平。结果:两组女性第12个月和第18个月的腰椎(L2)与桡骨远端1/3处的BMD比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第18个月的激素水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性绝经后应积极鼓励其定期进行中等强度有氧运动,可显著改善其体内激素水平,提高骨密度。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of aerobic exercise on bone mineral density(BMD) and levels of hormones in postmenopausal women and its significance.Methods:60 healthy postmenopausal women passing physical examination were selected,then they were divided into control group and observation group,the postmenopausal women in control group didn’t participate in aerobic exercise planning,while the postmenopausal women in observation group participated in aerobic exercise planning,BMDs of the second lumber and 1/3 part of distal radius were compared between the two groups at 6,12,and 18 months after aerobic exercise,at the same time,the levels of hormones at 18 months were compared between the two groups.Results:There was significant difference in BMDs of the second lumber and 1/3 part of distal radius at 12 and 18 months after aerobic exercise between the two groups(P<0.05);there was significant difference in the levels of hormones at 18 months between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postmenopausal women should be encouraged to take moderate-intensity aerobic exercise actively,aerobic exercise can improve the levels of hormones obviously and improve BMD.
