78例乳腺癌高频彩色多普勒超声影像分析

摘    要:
目的:探讨彩色多普勒高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:78例乳腺癌患者术前行乳腺高频超声检查,观察其形态、大小、内部回声、周围边界、纵横比值是否>1、是否有微钙化、内部血流分布情况、同侧腋窝淋巴结情况等,术后对乳腺癌标本进行病理学检查。结果:肿块形态不规则73例,边界不清晰69例,内部回声不均匀70例,无包膜72例,后方回声衰减23例,微钙化67例,淋巴结转移74例,纵横比>1有60例。CDFI:肿块周围及内部有散在及穿入性血流信号的77例。病理结果以浸润性导管癌居多(73例)。结论:二维及彩色多普勒高频超声对乳腺癌有一定的诊断特征,结合患者的临床资料,配合病理结果能够提高乳腺癌的诊断水平。

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography for diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with breast cancer received breast high-frequency ultrasonography before operation;the shape,size,internal echo,boundary,aspect ratio>1 or not,internal blood flow distribution,and ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes were observed,pathological examination of breast cancer samples was performed after operation.Results:Seventy-three cases had lumps with irregular shape,sixty-nine cases had lumps with unclear boundary,seventy cases had lumps with chaotic echo,seventy-two cases had lumps without envelope,twenty-three cases had lumps with posterior echo attenuation,sixty-seven cases had lumps with microcalcification,seventy-four cases were found with lymph node metastasis,sixty cases had lumps with aspect ratio>1.CDFI: scattered and pierced blood flow signals around lumps and inside were found in 77 cases.Most of the cases(73 cases) were found with invasive ductal carcinoma displayed by pathological examination.Conclusion:Two dimension or high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound have their own diagnostic features for breast cancer.Diagnostic level can be improved by clinical data combined with pathological examination.
