摘 要: | 目的:探讨胱硫醚7裂解酶(cystathi—onine γ—lyase,CSE)在肺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例肺癌组织中CSE和以CD34为标记的微血管密度(MVD)的表达情况。采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行统计学处理,用x2检验对计数资料进行统计学分析,对于计量资料实验结果用x±s表示,以两纽之间采用非匹配t检验。结果:肺癌组织标本中CSE的表达阳性率(75%)明显高于正常肺组织阳性率(25%),并与肿瘤大小(x2=9.404,P=0.020)及分化程度(x2=6.078,P=0.048)相关;MVD在肺癌组织的表达为43.60±7.57,明显高于正常组织(30.25±7.61),两者经统计学分析t=7.314,P=0.00,差异有统计学意义。MVD与肿瘤大小、分化程度及TNM分期相关,P〈0.05。CSE与MVD两者呈正相关,t=3.65,P=0.010。结论:CSE参与了肿瘤的血管新生过程,可能对促进肺癌的发生和发展具有重大意义。

Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CSE in lung cancer. METHODS: Immu nohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expressions of CSE and MVD who was marked by CD34. Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, 2 test for measure ment data and not matched t-test for enumeration data between two groups, and the results were showed by x^- +- s for enumera tion data. RESULTS: The positive rate of CSE in lung cancer specimens (75%)was significantly higher than that of normal lung tissues(25%), and was related to tumor size (x2 =9. 404, P=0. 020) and differentiation degree (x2 =6. 078, P=0. 048). The expression of MVD in lung cancer was 43. 60 +- 7. 57, which significantly higher than that of normal lung tissues (30.25+-7.61, t =7.314, P=0.000), and MVDwere was related to tumor size, differentiation degree and TNM stages (P〈0. 05). The expression of CSE was positive associated with the expression of MVD (t=3.65, P=0.010). CONCLUSION : CSE is involved in tumor angiogenesis process and is significant to promote the development and progression. |
