| 摘 要： | 本文报道了６例二尖瓣病变伴肺静脉曲张的Ｘ线平片，体层和ＣＴ表现，结合文献，讨论了肺静脉曲张的病因和病理、诊断及鉴别诊断，Ｘ线平片及体层所见可提示本病，而肺动脉造影，ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ具诊断意义。

| Abstract: | Six cases of mitral disease associated with pulmonary varices were presented,showing the appearances of X-ray chest films,tomogram and CT.In combination with relative references,the etiolgy,pathology,diagnosis and differential diagnosis were discussed.The signs of chest films and tomograms are helpful,but pulmonary angiogram,CT and MRI are specific for this diagnosis. |
