72例甲型H1N1流感并肺炎临床研究

目的甲型H1N1流感为急性上呼吸道传染病,其病原体是一种新型的甲型H1N1流感病毒,人群对甲型H1N1流感病毒普遍易感。我们研究了甲型H1N1流感的特点,以期对该病的临床研究和治疗提供一些借鉴。方法随机选取甲型H1N1流感并肺炎患者72例,分析其临床特点。结果在所有的患者中,90.28%发热,84.72%咳嗽,51.39%咳痰,58.33%咽痛,52.78%咽部充血,73.61%肺部有啰音,30.56%WBC比例升高,淋巴细胞比例升高26.39%。结论青壮年发病明显多于老年人及儿童,发热伴有呼吸系统症状是本病最突出的表现。

Clinical Research of 72 Cases of H1N1 Influenza and Pneumonia in Patients

Objective A（H1N1） Influenza is a acute throat infection disease,its pathogen is a new type of A H1N1 influenza virus,people are are generally susceptible to A H1N1 influenza virus.We study the characteristics of A（H1N1） Influenza,hoping to provide some mirror for the clinical research and treat.Methods We choosed 72 patients with A（H1N1） Influenza randomly to analyze its clinical characteristics.Results In All patients,90.28% had fever,84.72% had cough,51.39% had expectoration,73.61% had rales in bellows,30.56% had heighten in WBC propotion.Conclusion The most patients are young,the conspicuous characteristic of this disease is fever and symptom of systema respiratorium.
