| 摘 要： | 目的:回顾性分析常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中受精完全失败的可能原因。方法:选择在2007年1月至2008年8月期间完成的第1次常规体外受精病例,共552对夫妇。男方的精子要求为:妻子取卵当日精液处理后a+b级精子总数>1×106,在术前1年内,按照Kruger/Tygerberg标准,精子畸形率<96%者。结果:552对夫妇中,515对常规体外受精成功,占93.3%,其受精率为:78.67%,此组为受精组;37对受精完全失败,发生率为6.7%,为受精失败组。将两组进行比较,受精失败组中原发不孕和畸形精子症的比例显著高于受精组(P<0.05),而两组促排卵天数、获卵数、促性腺激素用量、男女方年龄、长短方案的应用及少弱精子症的比例均没有显著性差异。结论:按照Kruger严格评分法对于男方畸形精子症者,应考虑行部分卵子ICSI,以避免受精失败。
