| 摘 要： | 对 2 9例重症肌无力 (MG )患者同时进行了HLA DPB1分型 (聚合酶链反应 限制性片段长度多态性多酶共同消化法 )及AchRAb、Pre SmAb (ELISA )测定 ,籍以探讨MG患者HLA DPB1与AchRAb及Pre SmAb的相关关系。结果表明AchRAb阳性患者与DPB1 0 5 0 1、 2 70 1及 3 60 1密切相关 ,而AchRAb阴性患者与DPB1 3 60 1及 0 10 1相关 ;Pre SmAb阳性患者与DPB1 0 5 0 1、 3 60 1、 2 70 1相关外 ,还与 0 10 1相关 ,而Pre SmAb阴性患者与这些等位基因无明显相关关系。上述结果提示HLA DPB1与MG的AchRAb和Pre SmAb关联

| Abstract: | The association of HLA DPB1 allele with the anti acetylcholine receptor antibody(AchRAb) and the anti pre synaptic membrane receptor antibody(Pre SmAb) was investigated by means of co digestion of PCR RFLP in 29 patients with myasthenia gravis It was found that patients with positive AchRAb closely associated with DPB1*0501,2701 and 3601,while patients with negative AchRAb associated DPB1*3601 and 0101 Those patients with positive Pre SmAb associated with DPB1*0501,3601,2701 and 0101,but those patients with negative Pre SmAb showed no any association with these alleles These results indicate that HLA DPB1 alleles associate with AchRAb and Pre SmAb in patients with myasthenia gravis |
