| 摘 要： | 目的:分析AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折脊髓损伤的疗效。方法:采用AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨析66例,胸椎8例,腰椎58例。其中20例合并不同程度的脊髓损伤,行椎板减压脊髓探查术。结果:被压缩的椎体前缘高度,术后均恢复到90%以上,椎管扩大,术后神经功能恢复较满意。结论:AF内固定系统配合椎板减压是治疗胸腰椎骨析有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of AF internal fixation on thoracolumbar vertebral fracture.Methods: 66 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture underwent AF internal fixation,including 8 thoracic vertebral fracture and 58 lumbar vertebral fracture.20 of 66 cases complicated with injury in spinal cord performed decompression in vertebral plate and exploration in spinal cord.Results: The height in anterior boder of compressed veteral bodies recovered over 90%,and the vertebral canal enlarged.The nerve function recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion: AF interal fixation and decompression in vertebral plate is effective in treating thoracolumbar vertehral fracture |
