| 摘 要： | 目的总结肺结核合并肺癌的临床和CT影像学特点,提高其诊断水平。方法回顾性收集60例肺结核合并肺癌病例的临床资料。结果 60例肺结核合并肺癌患者中,18例具有中央型肺癌征象,28例具有周围型肺癌征象,均能正确诊断;14例由于不具有典型肺癌征象而被延误诊断。结论肺结核合并肺癌现象并不少见,不典型肺癌容易被误诊、漏诊,对于陈旧性或进展期肺结核,临床症状加重,肺部影像学征象异常改变,应高度怀疑肺结核合并肺癌可能,及时进行相关辅助检查明确诊断。 |
