帕罗西汀、西沙必利治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的　观察帕罗西汀、西沙必利联合治疗功能性消化不良 (FD)的疗效。 方法　5 6例FD患者随机分为两组 ,A组 2 8例予以西沙必利 5mg ,3次 /d ,帕罗西汀 2 0mg ,1次 /d。B组 2 8例予以西沙必利 5mg ,3次 /d ,疗程均为四周。 结果　A组显效率 5 3 6 % ,有效率 35 7% ,总有效率 89 3%。B组显效率 2 1 4 % ,有效率39 3% ,总有效率 6 0 7% ,两组总有效率差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。 结论　 帕罗西汀、西沙必利联合治疗FD优于单用西沙必利。

Efficacy of Paroxetine and Prepulsid in Treating Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the efficacy of treating functional dyspepsia (FD) with paroxetine and prepulsid.Methods 56 cases of FD were divided into two groups randomly. Group A 28 cases were given Prepulsid 5 mg, tid, Paroxetine 20 mg, qd, Group B 28 cases were given Prepulsid 5 mg, tid. The course was four weeks.Results The responseive rate of A group was 53.6%, The effective rate of group A was 35.7%. The total effective rate was 89.3%. The responseive rate of B group was 21.4%. The effective rate of B group was 39.3% The total effective rate was 60.7%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined paroxetine and prepulsid treatment is better than prepulsid alone in the treatment of FD.
