| 摘 要： | 对100例毛母质瘤进行分析,结果表明,女性多于男性,以20岁～40岁多见,61％伴有钙化,37％伴骨化,25％有含铁血黄素或黑色素沉着。最先注意局部损伤与本瘤形成的关系,认为局部损伤可能是本瘤形成的一个重要诱因。并对本瘤的临床与病理诊断进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | 100 cases of pitomatrixoma were analysed. The result show ed more females than males were affected. The disease was found more in patientsaged 20 to 40 years, 61% of which were accompanied with calcification, 37% with ossification, 25% with hemosiderin or melanism. The relation ship between local lesion and the formation of pilomatrixoma was first noted. It is thought that the local lesion might be an important predisposi ng cause of the formation of pilomatrixoma. The clinical and pathological diagnosis was also discussed. |
