| 摘 要： | 本文报告心得安预防20例肝硬化患者上消化道再出血的效果。心得安组半年内无1例再出血,1年内6例再出血,再出血率为30％;对照组20例中,半年内再出血者16例(再出血率80％),1年内20例全部再出血,再出血率100％。两组间有极显著差异(P<0.001),提示心得安预防肝硬化上消化道再出血效果显著。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of propranolol for prevention of recurrent upper digestive hemorrhage in 20 patients with cirrhosis was reported. During six month's follow-up none of 20 patients in the propranolol group and 80% of 20 patients in the placebo had recurrent gastrointestinal hemorrhage. The corresponding figures for twelve months were 30% and 100% respective. The difference is highly significant (P<0.001). Our results suggest that propranolol is effective in preventing recurrent upper digestive hemorrhage in the patients with cirrhosis. |
